To help others waiting for dates: Week of October 20 interview. We were told to expect March classes, but I was excited to receive an email today for an INDOC on 24 February as well. Hopefully this means hiring is picking up even more than expected! Good luck to all others waiting!

Ha the cynic in me thinks that it’s probably because UA is hiring a bunch of people out of our pool.

I didn't want to be the pessimist but I also think the pool was a lot more shallow than that thought in October

I blew my interview once but hopefully my UA interview or a future DL interview I can get my foot in the door. Blue skies. Thanks to all.
Even if it takes you 20 years to upgrade. FO here is a 300k job after a couple years, flying with great people. Once you get a little seniority you can write your own ticket. The happiest guys I know are dudes who hang out at 5% as narrowbody FOs. I want you to get hired, so just have an attitude of gratefulness during the interview. Nothing will tank your chances worse than a negative attitude.

Yes, another data point, had a buddy hired in Oct and offered a Feb class. I think the pool drained significantly during our unnecessary pause.

UA has slashed hiring forecasts for 2026 from that 2,600-3,000 quote down to 1,600. I believe, we’re neck and neck in hiring right now for 26’ classes so far

And the millennial, GenX/Z (you get what I’m saying) 737 exodus begins. The new junior fleet at DAL.

Why is the 220 so junior? Looking at the bid pack, the flying doesn't seem too bad. Is it just the pay rate?
