Same MIL result in my group (including me). I’m more inclined to say that OP’s original assessment is actually the result of MIL peeps treating it like a PHA questionnaire and trying to outsmart or beat the personality test. I didn’t think I did particularly well on the cog section, but I was completely honest on the personality part. I’m a believer that the cog test is almost purely to disrupt your mental state so you are more apt to be honest on the personality test, which is what they care more about (whole person concept, etc)

For anyone who has interviewed recently, does Delta prefer that certain milestones/events be tabbed in your logbooks? The preliminary instructions I’ve received don’t mention it, but I’d like to get the ball rolling on the paperwork as early as possible.

Best recommendation is to just follow the email instructions. I didn’t tab anything and didn’t get any logbook questions, but most of mine is mil time. Other airlines ask you to tab 1,000 hours PIC, upgrades, and check rides. You can tab them if you want to but Delta didn’t ask for it.

No tabbing required. Just have check rides clearly marked if I recall. They found a mistake I made in my monthly average I posted in the app from flying I did 2+ years ago…so they do look them over that’s for sure. Just be able to accept your mistakes if you made them. I know I had a few on my app and I actually think it helped the interview process. It allowed them to find a flaw in my process and give criticism in real time and they saw how I handled it. To a point where at the end I was able to float some self effacing humor regarding my app and I got one to chuckle…just a tiny bit..but I heard it.

My report was after using https://airlineassessmentprep.com/cu...d-assessments/ but I only used that one site. I have no idea if it's the best or worst or somewhere in between. Good luck!

I tabbed my PPL/IR/COM/ATP check rides as well as every new jet I qual’ed on.
The panel didn’t mention anything about the logbooks. They take them off you when you first get in, and you get them back after the panel.
A friend in recruitment told me that they are used to looking at hundreds of logbooks each week, and are very good at quickly evaluating them.
So I’d do what you’re comfortable with. It doesn’t matter for them.
