It is not good coverage, high deductibles. United will randomly just reject stuff and you’ll have to fight them. Basically catastrophic coverage and some well check stuff covered yearly - everything else goes against your deductible. Check every place you go to see if they are in your network. Expect to have to change doctors often as places don’t like working with United Health and will often drop out of their network. One year there wasn’t a single medical office in my town that did mammograms that would accept United Health coverage. Then it is just out of pocket. Coverage should start on day 1.
