Yep I’ve heard that as well, but the odd thing is I never interviewed. I was unsuccessful in my first assessment so this was going to be my second attempt.

How long are guys getting offers to take the assessment after applying? I haven't heard back since early August after a fix-it request.

An app review might be necessary if that’s the case.

Don’t have to do the assessment again. Just the interview.
what was the timeline like after waiting the 3-month period to hear back from them to try again?

Wow, that would definitely be an email or phone call into pilot selection if the tech support couldn't help you. Best of luck with round 2

Unfortunately no luck with a response from pilot selection. But appreciate that if I end up getting the chance! Will update if it gets resolved in case anyone else runs into this.

When did you submit your app on that timeline? And where does one go to find this American Airlines assessment? Google didn't really help.
I submitted in November 2021, but I didn't receive an internal rec until April - the same week I did my app review. I received the assessment invite a few days later, however I was not successful and received my second invite in August.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you change in your approach to the 2nd attempt? I just got the TBNT from my first assessment earlier this week.

Is Delta going to run a new class every week next year? How many pilots usually start every month? I’m a October cjo holder who was told “12-14 weeks” until a class date but I don’t see how that’s possible unless they’ve severely slowed down the total number of hires per month and are playing catch up.

Rumor is pool is deep and they are trying to shallow it out. The time from cjo to start date is too long. Currently they have been planning for about 200 newhires a month. Classes start most Tuesdays. Usually, if there is a 5th Tuesday in a month, they don't have a class that week. Of course that can change, but it is how they explained it to me during my time on VA Ave.
