You want interview prep? Think of 5 different stories from your career that show you're a safe and professional pilot. Think of a story where you've failed and what you learned from it and how you came out a smarter, safer, and more professional pilot. Don't blame anybody but yourself for blemishes on your application, own up to them and talk about lessons learned. There you go.

For those who are in the 6 month holding pattern, I received my second invite a week after my 6 month wait was up. I took the test again and got another TBNT. I thought I did pretty well on the cognitive portion so I'm quite convinced now that that the test is completely personality assessment driven. Good luck to all retakers out there!

Aviationinterviews.com is a great resource. I talked to the others after our CJOs and we all got different scenarios and TMAATs. A common theme for a few were along the lines of 'at what point would you cancel the flight'.
