$5,091.20 per month, before tax, before DPMA, before healthcare, etc etc.

It starts day 1 of INDOC. It ends at the completion of OE, or 30 days after the 44X sim checkride (per new MOU), at which point normal hourly pay (RES/REG) begins.

(it’s been said before, but for any new lurkers…). To add to this, when you transition to flight pay, you are paid in arrears - or after the fact. So that “first” flight paycheck after OE can be near zero, depending on the time of month. Be prepared.

In addition to the above, be prepared to be on training pay for 4+ months if you start this year. 8 or more weeks to start sims due to the backup drags it out significantly. Not a big deal for most, just something to be aware of.

Has anyone gotten their Delta app triggered after interviewing at another legacy? I’ve heard that might be a thing but not sure if it’s coincidence?

No, unless you consider the clearances/auditory portion memory recall

Took mine the 22nd and heard back yesterday! Also, what do y’all recommend for interview prep: Cage or Emerald coast.

They are both excellent. Emerald is most used for Delta from what I gather. I think part of the reason is because Cage is considered more specialized to United (the founders are former United and their offices are across the street from the Denver Training Center).
