Is there any information out there on the success rate of the online assessment on the second try?
I got the TBNT last month so have about 5 months until I can try again, and I’m about to retire from the Air Force. In the meantime I’ve interviewed and been offered a job with Endeavor. They have a base in Atlanta where I live so that works for me for the time being.

Agreed, I would avoid. If you are lucky enough to get a CJO while employed by a DL connection carrier you will be metered significantly. Everybody in my interview class at a DL carrier are on 6 month waits for class. Not what you want when 200+ are coming through the front door ahead of you every month

Endeavor has a base in Atlanta where I live so that would avoid commuting. I’ll most likely fly the CRJ900 and from reviewing the forums you get off reserve pretty fast and can get a base in Atlanta relatively quickly as well. I’ve put into several airlines, but in the meantime I am separating from the military relatively soon, and from running the numbers the pension will cover the bills, mortgage, food, etc…so without a job and income I’d basically be house poor. I applied to Endeavor, Republic, and Mesa as a result just to make sure I do have some income coming in. Also, for what it’s worth every experience so far I’ve had with Endeavor has been positive.
Given all of that, I could potentially go fly for Republic or Mesa airlines since both of them have contacted me. They have bases in Chicago and I have family there. It’d be commuting, but at least I could avoid paying for a crash pad.

Understood. Here is a breakdown of my logic on going to Endeavor, so if this does not add up let me know and I’ll re-evaluate.
