How much later after failing the PARB did they notify this person?

I won't end up coming to DL Even if I get a re-invite, I am just poking fun at you guys for still using this antiquated method of screening. United is the same and I'm sure AA is too.

I know several acquaintances, some I even consider friends who are over there and I can assure you, the screening does not work. A lot of people just answer these tests to pass and get the job. I just think its sad many of us at a LLC are getting the failed email yet DL talent acquisition is crying about pulling people from their own regionals who are pretty much doomed at this point. A lot of them, including me, are not going to bother coming back when there are 1000-2000 people ahead of us, most of them in their 20s we can't even dream about making it anywhere near the top of the list at retirement.

The fact is that it will eventually go away, hell you will be hiring CFIs is 2-3 years at this pace, maybe less. Good luck to you all
There's a thought that the performance on the 'brain games' portion isn't all that important, it's just to stress you and strip you down for the personality assessment.

At any rate your tone and demeanor in this post alone is rather unbecoming. CFI's may be hired in the future, but they'll still have to go through some sort of assessment. If you choose to suck it up and reapply and make it to the interview, they will explain how much they want you and that they like persistence and confidence. This is just one more test, you can choose to face it head on and with a stiff upper lip or you can let yourself fail.

It's my turn to wish you good luck.

Just to clarify, do the free Covid tests that the taxpayers sent me in the mail “count” for interview purposes? Can I just take a picture of the one line instead of two? Or do I need something more official with a printout of results?

Anything is fine. I threw a picture of my ID in with it for good measure. Not required.

Sounds to me like the process worked perfectly. What a terrible attitude for someone asking for a new job. I think you inadvertently provided a perfect example of why the mainline carriers need to keep their behavioral based screening. I'd hate to sit next to you for 4 days.

Of course, given that you started a new account to say this, you're probably just trolling or lashing out because you failed and want to blame someone else instead of accepting responsibly and improving.

Anyone have any success calling back after scheduling interview to see if anything comes up before your scheduled date? Will Delta think you are a nuisance?
