I got an email saying "you will be moving to the next phase of our hiring process - an invitation to take the online Aon Assessment" but it doesn't say "top tier" anywhere. I've only seen people talk about fix-it emails, TT emails, and a few who seemed to get assessment emails w/o a TT. Anyone else get one of these/is this different from a TT?

How long was it for you before you received feedback on your assessment? I just took it yesterday. Wondering if an interview before the end of Feb is a possibility or if it will push to March.

Hey everyone. Would like an honest opinion if I’m competitive enough with the “slow down” in hiring this year.
I was at 9E for 2 years, hoped over to the Luv airline that flies 737s and have been here since late October.
2250 total time
1050 turbine time
50 of that in the 737, the other 1000 in the RJ.
No TPIC
1100 PIC time primarily from instructing days.
1 checkride failure, initial LOE at 9E. Passed both recurrents there and had no setbacks at Luv training. Couple stage check failures at my Part 141 flight school.
No military time, I do have a Bachelors. Did no extra work at 9E, no union, pilot recruitment work, etc.
I have two former instructors of mine at DL who said they’d write me a letter.
I would guess I’m still not quite competitive as both of my DL friends said they were around 3000 when they got the call. I’m hoping to get a shot sooner rather than later because I’m really enjoying my current airline a lot with the new contract and once year 2 pay hits, that’s a completely different and harder decision to make. Delta has always been the dream but at the end of the day, seniority is everything.
Thank you!

My buddy did his last Monday and got an email to schedule his interview on Tuesday evening. Another a few months ago did theirs on a Tuesday and got the pass email on Friday. So just keep refreshing your regular and spam email until something is received
