Higher than 75% success getting a CJO out of the PARB.

Thank you. Do you also know what day the PARB meets? How they contact you and what actions I have to take from it, or do they just notify you and that's it. Yes you continue to class dates as normal or No and you don't get the job.

Default AON personality test

I have an AON assessment coming up in a couple days. What's the best way to prep for the personality test? Are there any YouTube instructional videos or something like that?
Is it a 'Strongly Disagree/Agree, Neutral, Agree/Disagree' type of questions? Any advice would be apreciated!
TIA

There’s no accurate representation to use for prep. Best advice is to avoid extremes when answering and trying to remain consistent. You’ll get two statements to choose from, one on the left side and one on the right, and you have to rate where you fall on the spectrum between the two. In many cases, both options are negative. Consistency is key, as many of the statements are similar/deal with like things. Not the best advice, but it’s all I’ve got.

careertakeoff. Search this site for ride reports. Expensive, but can be worth it dependent on individual.

Did you ever get the pre AON invite that say "you're eligible for the AON" if so, how long did you have to wait from that time to the email with the AON?
