Nice to hear this. I feel like I bombed it as well. Wondering if the 24 HR response time is typical.

I got the “Fix-it/update your app email” in Sept. Went all the way through my app and updated as appropriate, then insured my app was updated/published still.

Got another email the next day saying the same thing and I needed to have it completed within 7 days…updated it again and then didn’t get another email the following day assuming the updates were done correctly this time…7 days later I received an email stating that I didn’t make the requested changes in time and unfortunately my application would be differed for another 3 months…wtf?

Could be for things like renewing a passport/medical/drivers license that expired and you renewed, but didn't update the app to reflect it.

In my case it was an hours discrepancy. Something didn’t add up mathematically concerning PIC and instructor time. I redid the math and eventually heard back. Again, this was a few years back, so things may have changed. Best of luck!

And this is where one needs to consider spending the $$ for an app review and getting the email to move on or forgoing that and taking the chance. Sounds like you took the chance and now sadly are paying the price? Utilize checked and set or any of the other companies out there offering up their services!
Delta is extremely particular on how a very simple application is filled out! Did you utilize proper punctuation, spell Delta Air Lines correctly, proper grammar, etc. Now more than ever applicants need to make sure their I's are dotted and T's are crossed!
The days of hiring thousands are over and the beginning of the weed out process will begin with your application submission. I'm no expert nor do I claim to be. I am just trying to give basic advice and help out with information that's been disseminated from the company "experts."
The first bit of advice I can give you is pay for the app review before submitting! And no, I don't work for any them but I did utilize one of them before clicking submit.

I appreciate the encouragement from everyone on here.

Looking over the required paperwork form… does DL not want LOR’s? I already have 4 internal. Should I be gathering more from non delta employees? The paperwork does not mention LOR’s

I just saw the screen shot of mine so I figured I'd share but it was a year and a half ago for an incomplete addendum. I forgot to say I worked an air carrier that required DOT drug testing.
