Do it. For some reason I thought I read you said your TT was 1k. I’d still say you’re 12-18 months from being competitive, but that’s the exact window to start applying.

Yea that new 2,500TT requirement to sign up for the meet and greets kinda sucks. I know most people wouldn't have 1,000 turbine till then, but thats not every case.

Has anyone had to reschedule their interview? Family issue came up just curious if its frowned upon to reschedule? Or what the process is to reschedule, is it just like how you originally picked your interview date? I know this could potentially push me another month out unfortunately. TIA

Did you read the e-mails you received regarding your interview? There are instructions regarding rescheduling towards the bottom.

"We understand that plans change. If you cannot interview at this time or no longer wish to be considered for a Delta Air Lines First Officer position, please reply to this email immediately. If it is less than three (3) business days, please call our Schedule Coordinators directly at ###-###-#### (redacted) to notify the team of the rescheduling or cancelation. This will allow us to offer this opportunity to a fellow candidate."

Reading is hard, posting on an anonymous forum is much easier.

Got a CJO last week. Shortly after I received the dreaded “sent to the PARB” email. How long does this typically take for a response? Whats the chance of getting the CJO revoked?

I did not get sent to PARB but the pilot selection folks told us at the end of the day if we do get sent to PARB your documents, MMPI & interview notes will be reviewed by 2 additional pilots who did not interview you, another HR person who did not interview you and another psych evaluator who you did not speak to. I believe they told us the CJO approval rate was above 75% historically after the PARB so that's good news.

It depends on when they hold the PARB. So it could take a week or so. A buddy of mine recently went to the PARB and he received the results (got the CJO) 18 days after his interview. As always, YMMV.

Hope you receive good news!

For the crowd - do additional LoRs in Airline Apps help after the interview invite/schedule is set?

The scoring system for the interview itself is secret. I got in with one, others that have with zero, one guy 8. Just don't add them too close to the interview date. Any changes to your app from interview offer to the day of the interview is scrutinized.
