Thanks. I haven’t looked closely at the new times. Just the E period was a no go. I’ll dig a bit more.

An E period now briefs 2000-2100 in the sim 2100-0045 and debrief 0045-0100.

This is correct. It wasn't tied to "the E period", it was tied to 0100-0500.

In order to handle the massive increase in training which came with 200 NH/month, they realigned the entire sim schedule to be "Done by One" (and added a full day/sim event to each IQ course to compensate for the 15 minutes less-time-in-the-box per event). The E period no longer goes past the PWA prohibition on 0100-0500 training. Thus, "Done by One". Problem solved... For them.

On the plus side, the E period instructor is usually VERY motivated to finish early and not do a long-winded debrief. 🤣😁

Default United or Delta CJO

Off subject but received CJO from delta and united. Currently 27 years old living in CMH. Plan on staying in Ohio for the time being. What would be my best option long term for maximum pay and qol?

Do just a little of your own research. Make your own decision.

Um, maybe asking for various perspectives from people in the industry is a part of his research? One way or another you just put a nice pin on the map for the reputation Delta pilots get…

Move out of CMH....somewhere within 2 hour drive of DTW.

Sit Reserve from home and Roll Thunder via Reserve GS...double money for same days (or less) worked.

Do you want to move eventually? Where to? What’s your easiest commute?

Mansfield and a fast boat docked in Huron should do it.
