It can write a lot of code, you just can't trust it to get it all right, you have to read it though after it spits it out. The results also vary widely depending on what you ask for. It's damn good at writing unit tests. It's pretty good at writing an interface to an API. If you want it to write code to parse something, now you're adventuring into the wild west, and the less structured the document, the wilder it gets.

Some folks are making some serious cash. If I was at the top of my category, I'd clear my schedule, pick up a couple of SLV slips, one GS and put in auto accept with no intention of flying and reap 23M7 payouts. Ref: SLC320A
Dropping your schedule to credit surf one and two day trips is so last month.....
BTW, have I mentioned we need a leveling mechanism for SLV Slips.....good grief.

That only works if they actually pay out 23.M.7. I put a white slip in on June 28th when I saw the GS coverage stopped in favor of IA. I was number 2 or 3 for the couple calls I got for WS. Got no calls for GS. Not a single pilot appeared on 23.M.7 list even though about 50 IA’s went out that day and GS coverage was flat out skipped. IA calls are now a race to see who can get ahold of scheduling first with no regards to seniority.

In what way, exactly?
My friends at AA get paid correctly, aren’t harassed for using the commuter policy, and aren’t harassed for calling in sick. They’re seeing fewer contract compliance issues than us.
There are still pros to working at Delta, but the pilot / management relationship is no longer one of them.
