Getting a 20% raise each year, for 3 years, would be excellent. Don't see that happening. A 20% raise averaged out over the next 3 years in these inflationary times is barely breaking even each and every year.
So yes, I agree it's a small pay "raise" if you can call it one.

A 20% raise every year for 3 years is about a 72% total raise. Of course that would be "excellent". It's also extremely unrealistic.

If the pilot group would settle for a 4% yearly pay increase (1/2 the rate of inflation btw) over the length of a new contract with no other major improvements I am willing to bet money that management would be eager to sign on the dotted line. Don't you?

I was standing in line behind some Top Men at the Chic-Fil-A in the G.O. They were saying that they’re going to consider United’s AIP while they negotiate for ours.
