I don’t know a single UAL pilot voting yes. I am going to call it 81% no vote in the pool.

EASK was a measurement of respective flying based on the size of the aircraft. Simple example is AF could park a A380 and add two 787’s without triggering a requirement for more Delta flying. In fact AF parked all their A380 and 747’s. Using block hours meant that replacing that A380 with two flights meant Delta had to add a flight.

Because that TA spells out the difference between 44 and 16 better than your empty stereotypes. If it failed, I would have resigned on the spot. It didn’t fail, it passed by about 75 percent, over the objections of the Team Stupid faction of the Delta MEC. The people who opposed LOA 20-04 (and every other good deal from 2020) are now running the MEC.

At the same time however we were rapidly upsizing lots of transatlantic flights. It was a great time to be on the 330. Not so good for the 7ER.
Company negotiators to Ed, “The pilots don’t want block hours over EASK. They now want to keep EASK.” Ed in reply, “Have they seen our fleet plan verses AF/KLM? Could they be that stupid?”

Correct, most of that time frame we had exactly zero 747 flights to Europe. We briefly had 1 to AMS. Don’t recall much else. Not sure if the TLV flights counted in the ratio but that could have made two flights however I think the 747 was off TLV when the TA was signed.

I'm betting 75%... but the end result is the same.

Looks like AA management is pulling some funny business on APA. AA passed back a proposal to APA. AA management just posted the whole proposal on the AA pilot portal.
-Increased Pay Rates:
6% DOS
5% 01/01/23
5% 01/01/24
-Establishes a Market-Based Cash Balance Plan for excess 401(K) contributions.
-50% Reassignment Pay for Line Holders and Reserve Pilots.
-Per Diem increased to $3.00 /hour domestic and $3.50 /hour international.
-Profit sharing to match that of Delta pilots.
-$7.00 /hour international override.
-Increased LTD to a maximum of $12,000 /month.
Lots of other things too. Those were the highlights I read.
