Let's do a little unscientific poll: Are you OK with having an MEC chairman that is not actually an operating/qualified Delta pilot? Were you OK with having a National chairman that was not a working/qualified airline pilot? (DePete)

If the answer to either of those questions is yes, would you be OK with farming out the entirety of our union leadership to someone like the Teamsters?

Explain it to me like I'm five years old then.... But I honestly had no idea a bunch of 'anonymous' opinions carried so much weight at negotiations. There are probably... what... 30 regular posters here and that gets translated into 14,000 opinions? I personally find it hard to believe this is all that fragile.
