It would be an issue for you personally if you can only sleep in your bed between the hours of 1 and 5 AM. Yes. But for the rest of humanity, it wouldn't be an issue.

Nope....I think there is also a warning when you put it in that says not responsible for trip drop the following month if conflict occurs(no pay).

What circadian swap? You're operating a single 40 min flight that lands around midnight. That's not even a circadian intrusion. And you probably did the same thing the day before. So you've worked two or three straight days landing at midnight.

Plus, lean overs are completely legal, both in the contract and per the FAA. You're making a mountain out of a bowl of soup

Just curious are you a Neurologist? A sleep specialist and a member of the FRMT?

Call

Union is clear. If Bojangles is not fit to fly, and that is solely determined personally, then what's your point/issue with what Bojangles posted??

I don't care what they do. I have a problem with him telling everyone else to effectively watch your back because he thinks what they are doing is inherently unsafe.

I think you are giving uninformed and erroneous advice on the fatigue matter.

But that's JMHO.

Feel free to carry on then.
