Looks like a lot of the context is missing. Guess they were quick to delete the criticism, but gladly left the RD flex.

I guess that's where we are now. RDs calling guys in for discipline hearings on an open forum because someone got their feelings hurt.

This is not the company it used to be. The 4th floor has completely lost control of their troops and it's just escalating violence.

"This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it."

Completely inappropriate on the part of the chief pilot. We have some real tools in our CPOs. Under Burns, any true pilot advocates in these offices have been flushed out quickly.

Above CPO. A regional director.

Where do you think BP cut his teeth?

Which is exactly why ALPA said not to go on to Skynet. They knew someone would say the wrong thing and wind up in the CPO.

Slc - chief pilots office is a class act. (Brian Cink, regional director), chief pilots, assistant chiefs, and secretaries. All pilot advocates!

A chief pilot actually got on there and admonished somebody and gave them a time and date to meet him. Praise in public and criticize in private. They are losing the ability to shape the narrative on their own propaganda site.

There were some deleted posts that involved colorful language from the pilot in question. That’s what got the CPO involved. They left the post up with the hard hand from the CPO to “send a message.” A swing and miss if you ask me.

I agree with your premise though, Skynet is losing control. It’s all starting to look like chitchat. JZ’s assertion that everyone in FOPs always has the line pilots’ interests in mind is very laughable.

One of PB’s direct bootlickers. Not surprising.

You've got to be kidding me. BC is the biggest yes-man known at Delta. He's made it clear he will do what it takes to try and climb the ladder, and will throw any pilot under the bus to do so. He has admitted not wanting to fly the line again. He is the worst thing to possibly happen to the west region. We have had more pilots needing representation under him than ever before. Standards pilots in region refuse to even interact with him. It's pathetic to see this adversarial attitude pushed down to the RD level, but BC is that personified.

I think Lvjhr was being sarcastic.

Is there any more fidelity on what he said in the deleted posts? What were the specific complaints about that got high visibility? Don’t need the colorful language. Just the context.

I find all of this very fatiguing.
