Hello,
I’m a current CA at an LCC and top 40% in base. I average around 120hrs per month (work 16-17 days a month). Just married and no kids for another year or two.
I’ve got an interview at DL coming up. I’m curious what someone in ATL or DTW NB new hire can plan on making year one and two?
I eventually want max days off, but before we have kids theirs a couple things we’re paying off. Is it possible to work extra year one and two to get around the 120 credit range? Or does that require seniority to get extra flying and GS’s?

220B, 40% in category. Averaging 130 hours credit so far this year on 15-16 days worked. 2-3 green slips a month. Goal is to barely get into the GS window with line award and then pick up QS/GS on the weekends.

Waldo is the same dude who thinks signing in on micrew starts your duty clock....some glaring holes in his fundamental knowledge.
