Do you know if there is a more user friendly version than the iCrew report?Originally Posted by Khantahr
I don't think those are used anymore. The last time I looked there (which was quite awhile ago), the most recent report was over a year old.

No. Just an observation from the peanut gallery, but you've sure had a lot to say about the topic, having never looked at it once? No wonder you weren't aware scheduling already has their unchecked easy-button abuse.Originally Posted by notEnuf

Thanks anyway.

It's shocking that those with the loudest and strongest opinions on things are often the most uninformed...Originally Posted by immolated

Are we talking about the speed of light and switching relays getting to some parts of the country from Atlanta (and back) being slightly quicker by .0000001 sec? Are some phone carriers quicker than others for IA's?
Shades of the movie "The Hummingbird Project".
Asking for a friend.
Phone calls go out in reverse seniority order, not all at the same time. Listen to the time stamp of the voice recorder to see what time it actually started vs when you get the phone call.Originally Posted by DeltaboundRedux

Yeah. Just like they finish the GS coverage before they start calling back in reverse seniority order. Give me a break. It’s never better to be junior.Originally Posted by Frank Grimes

While this may be factually correct in the sense of the voicemail timestamp, it's totally irrelevant to what is currently happening.Originally Posted by Frank Grimes

What's currently happening is that if you got a phone call for an IA, don't bother. Some side-dealer already got the trip.
The 23M7/IA fiesta (and skipping of GS altogether) is fueled by pilots, unfortunately. If nobody answered their phones, much less proactively called CS to make side-deals, IA's wouldn't work the way they currently are working for the company.
It really boggles my mind when folks pile on against 23M7 "farmers", OOBWS, auto-accept or whatever. None of that **** matters if there isn't a collective of IA-seeking pilots chomping at the bit for the next opportunity to abrogate seniority and be first on the phone for the next IA.
QS cannot happen soon enough, and it's a crying shame that there is no true penalty to accelerate/enforce implementation.
