Today, tried again to get an IA that I would have taken as a green slip. As I was on hold, it went to a pilot 4000 numbers junior to me as A#2 for him. I’m still trying to get my first one. Is there a trick? Seriously. I sit on hold for 20 plus minutes until trip is gone every single time.
It’s great that pilots are getting paid to do nothing and trips are going out as triple pay. It doesn’t help me or pilots like me one bit. We are being harmed financially. Trips I used to do as premium pay will now be done by me at straight pay or someone way junior at premium pay. Most likely the latter. It’s not right. The MOU is signed…..what more would you have ALPA do right now? |

Lots of trips I'd have taken W, have gone IA. I'm almost always well below the alv and have only received one IA call since summer. By the time I called scheduling, it was assigned way junior. Some justice was that I was m7 pilot for that IA. No trick, just stay below the pu limit and dont be on golden days. Be junior at some times and senior at other times is the only trick II know lol. |

How does one check the coverage history of a specific rotation on iCrew? I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for
