Understand your frustration man. Lots of trips I'd have taken W, have gone IA. I'm almost always well below the alv and have only received one IA call since summer. By the time I called scheduling, it was assigned way junior. Some justice was that I was m7 pilot for that IA. No trick, just stay below the pu limit and dont be on golden days. Be junior at some times and senior at other times is the only trick II know lol.

I’m always way below pick up. I tried the WS game. Hasn’t gone below 50 in my category yet. There’s over 500 in my category.

Open Time Menu > Open Time
Fill in date and rotation number
Click Pilot History

There's a text going around of a junior 320B that's repeatedly used Microsoft teams to message schedulers on every off day to beg for IAs
