Believe it or not, there are some pilots that claim doing as you propose is “screwing your fellow pilots”. What is lost on these people if that the company’s gross 23M7 use has exposed a small corner of our contract where no leveling , or really common sense mechanism exist to prevent a grossly out of balance pay scheme.

BS non-answer.
You gonna throw stones blaming SkyWest pilots but when asked to back your words that's all you got? I'm not going to get into it with you here. |

Thats nuts and shouldn’t be allowed. The fake grievance of being passed over (for likely something that wouldn’t have been picked up anyway) should only happen once per footprint.
If one is claiming they were wrongfully passed up and get paid for a trip they didn’t do, they should be locked out over that footprint (or longer if more wouldn’t be legal) and someone else should get the money for nothing. It’s asinine that someone would get protected 7 trips in a day when they only could have flown one. That needs to be fixed asap. Some of these grifts need to be sold back to the company for full value. This one needs a LOA right now in exchange for nothing. A5S |

Rando question that might be 25-05 related.
Trip Coverage shows a LCA getting 2 trips that appear to be SC and LC call RES assignment(no code, just awarded like a normal RES SC/LC assignment looks) , but he's REG. And one is way outside the window where they would be assigning RES trips anyways. Do when LCAs pick up/get assigned trips for training normally look like this and I'm just not paying attention normally? NYC 7ERA today. The first one just looked like a SC assignment, 1130 today for a 0855 today report, but went at 0955 before it was "covered". But then another (same rotation, 3 days later) awarded at 1143. No notes on rotation to give Theater Qual / OE / Line Check |

What leverage? Leveling this cost and saves the company nothing so there is no leverage. This should be a very quick fix to spread the scam fairly.
Management has made numerous adjustments over the years to utilize contractual language more efficiently and extract greater benefit (for them). Is that a scam also? Was it a scam when they decided to start maximizing short calls every month, even if it meant having 30 pilots on SC in a category with 5 daily departures? |

I’m confused. You say it went out as an IA, but then that it also went out as a GS too?
If a rotation went out as a GS and you didn’t get a call then 99% chance the error is on your end. Common issues: - there is an error on your slip entry that in some way excluded you from that trip - you entered your slip after the trip coverage report was run - you were in some way not legal for the rotation, or legality was affected by a sick call that moved you to the bottom of the list - your ARCOS app isn’t set up correctly, or your phone provider in some way blocked the call. You can use the app to make a test call to make sure it gets through. Open GS, no restrictions. No sick call. Arcos tested, it works and I was notified of 3 other GS’s that morning. |
