A5S

Why? What harm is it causing you as a pilot? They are only beneficial to the pilot group right now.

You can get 23m7 if you were skipped for a GS. Less likely for sure

I keep hearing about people getting 200-300 hours of pay per month, while pretty junior. The 23m7 bumped me up to the max pickup limit (to the very minute). So I understand the WS for profer game is up. But are people also getting 23m7/4F1C for missed GS trips? My phone hasn't stopped ringing for GS/QS, but I've noticed every now and then a QS gets shelled out and I never got called for the GS for the same pairing number. And someone else gets the 23m7 (which I'm assuming they get because they're doing the same WS profer thing yall described).

Whats the secret sauce to get 23m7 beyond max WS pickup limit? Or is that even possible?

A few Idiocracy quotes come to mind when I read your posts.

Another incorrect assessment from trip. SHOCKING. You can absolutely get 23m7 beyond the white slip pickup limit.

You and sailing should really get together.

/S for sarcasm.

Wait, I thought racketeering was using banked PBs to drop high value days multiple times. Are REGs now exploiting their own racket? Congratulations! Vigilante moves are encouraged. Responses to all the company shenanigans like batch sizes, removing usability of the banked PB, 23M7 exploitation (beyond its ever intended purpose) wage theft, sick intimidation etc. needs push back. If you can’t see where OOBWS AA is absolutely causing harm to in base pilots hoping for a premium trip with any kind of lead time, we have nothing more to talk about. And I fixed it for you.

I get very ****ed off when I read a company official has accused me of “racketeering”. Have I received some. 23M7? Yes, a little. But every time I have received 23m7 I was actually trying to pick up a trip and most times would have flown the trip I was paid for if they had called. So are there people manipulating the system right now? Yes. But there are many just trying to pick up a trip.

This was an issue *WAY* before the current 23M7 issue that I've been yapping about for years.

When I was NB-B, we never had blue days so much more difficult to move days around, swap, etc, (yes I know it *can* be done....I said it was more difficult).

Then when I'm finally in the right spot to have the right days off and I'm available for a greeny....they move the trip OOB to cover with OOB reserve.

So we got screwed by not being able to easily move stuff around for QOL purposed due to poor manning, then get screwed again by not being able to pick up premium.

Auto accept may have made the issue worse, but it's not the root cause by any stretch.

As an in base pilot who flies a lot of premium trips with lead time, I fully support the OOBWS AA folks.

Thanks Trip7 and Crewdawg for the insight!

In base people that deal with black days should reap the benefits.

i will furthermore say that in fairness to commuters, the farming locks a trip out of premium until the last minute. Ive directly benefited from this as a local. I can pick up the quick slip/ia whilst a commuter cannot.

i understand the leverage we have, and would like to happily cash it in to get other stuff that benefits everyone, not just farmers and locals.
