I know you hate this MOU, but IA's were a scheduling tool long before MOU 25-05.

...to clarify, the batch size/23M7 deal

and yes, I don't like the pinky swear deal either

Ahh, ok. I fully agree, and personally think the ARCOS Batch size giveaway ‘deal’ was one of ALPA’s (and specifically, DH) worst mistakes of the last decade. Traded one of our biggest actual negotiating chips away for chicken feed.

Which is basically the same thing as advocating for giving away auto-accept, OOBWS (thus speeding up coverage), or any other measure that expedites coverage / reduces M7 without an equivalent quid.

Many of the MEC members who voted in favor of the batch size giveaway justified their decision based on member feedback from a vocal minority. Neither group had any comprehension of the amount of leverage or value present in batch sizes. The bottom line is that we need to be careful what we wish for.

I looked at their schedule. Why would you try and fill up by flying the last 5 days of the bid period? This one isn't wasn't some high IQ maneuver.

Oh good, your back to spit hate filled judgement on someone doing their contractually allowed provisions. Which you love to complain that other people complain about people utilizing their contractually allowed provisions. At least be consistent.

Hate filled judgement? Excuse me?

Where did I complain about someone utilizing their contractually allowed provision?

I think you might be confused.

Hey, if the plug wants to fly a 5 day greenie for only 4 hours of pay it doesn't bother anyone. Just solves the company's problem. Everyone already had their chance for the trip. Feeling bad for a new guy who's going to get less $ than he expected is hardly "complaining."

Can you find one other example of me "complaining" about someone exercising their contractual rights?

And what about those hate filled remarks?

I’ve pointed out multiple before. And honestly if you don’t see that by now, you aren’t going to by me rehashing it again.

So you can sling accusations but you can't cite a single source? Got it. Well thanks for sharing.

I knew this is exactly where you were going to go with this. I’m on my phone so really don’t want to go back and try and quote your ever lasting propensity to talk down to people that don’t agree with what you are saying. I’ve mentioned that and some of your anger laced replies multiple times already in a 2 month old account.
And yes, calling someone out for flying a GS, even when it’s mostly on on call days, is absolutely talking down to someone who is partaking in something completely legal per the PWA.
Theres even someone in another thread currently calling you out about how you talk down to people. But hey, look in the mirror and thump your chest big bad APC warrior. I’m done engaging.
