Just heard word from my MX buddy in SFO that a 777 Capt's daughter got busted with 10lbs of weed wrapped in aluminum foil on a non rev flight from SFO-ATL. Any word?
Just kidding, hope it's not true. |

You read my mind. I figured the adequate quid would be ALV+7.5 since that is the max a line holder could get assigned in a month. What you ask though requires negotiating capital from the TA. It would cost something to get that 7.5hrs per reserve back.

I think you and Shiznit are correct on both Pay Equality, and targetting the LCW (ALV + 7.5). Why on earth would a Reserve fly more, and get paid less all the while?

Even so, with all the steps it takes to get to a reserve who has already flown up to the 71-79:59 range, it would take some bad luck to hit a month in the ALV +9 range or higher. |

It's a negotiation, we will get it, but we won't get it all at once. |

Well the NC did a goo job getting the ADG, and making sure it applies to RES pilots... When I was maddoggin in ATL we could have benefitted greatly from that.

His letter was pretty well written, but unless someone else can verify the info, I'd be very hesitant to make any decisions based on it. Never met the guy, but he puts some seriously goofy stuff on the DALPA boards.
