Every single pilot can vote no if he or she desires to do so. To say otherwise is plainly incorrect. As far as I can tell, the only immediate and lasting change to a turned down TA would be the cancelling of the 88 717’s and keeping more DCI aircraft. Other than that it sounds like everything else would be back on the table for revision. If you consider this a nuclear option, then I guess if we get a majority of no votes that would be considered a nuclear option as well. Maybe Bill already answered this, but how can Delta get DCI down to 125 CRJs in 2015 when they just extended Pinnacle's 143 CRJs until 2017-2022?

Is Anderson being dishonest with DALPA or the Bankruptcy judge?
