Fine.. we helped their cause. We have NOTHING to apologize for. APA is the anchor in this industry...we are the leaders. The 76s are gone.. were gone before this agreement. I don't care about them anymore, and neither should you. Time to move on.

So, uh, no biggie for you if they increase the number of outsourced 76-seaters to 400 airframes in 2015, huh? Maybe you'll even get a 4% per year raise out of it! :rolleyes:

Yeah, all of those 50 seaters happen to be very inefficient during higher oil, and some routes just couldn't sustain a CAL 737-500, their smallest mainline plane. Then throw in unlimited Dash 8-400s, that killed their 735 operation out of EWR anyway. And in the end, UA Express flew CR7s and E170s through IAH and EWR even with the scope clause. Not good. You need to put the right sized planes on each route, and cap them along with a favorable ratio, which we did.
