Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

It's even worse on the 7ER when you are on SC for 24 hours and are on the hook for pretty much everything and anything. A couple years ago I got something crazy like this (4am show in LGA after doing all trans Atlantic redeyes). I told them I was waaay to tired and only got 4 hours of sleep due to the ping ping ball that was my body clock. Unfortunately, most of us (myself included) just suck it up and get the job done. Fatigue out, blame it on them, and maybe they will change their ways....:cool:

I feel your pain. I was on the ER before the merger. I will talk to some ALPA bubbas to try and put some body clock thought into these assignments.

Sure makes me wonder why someone doesn't automatically feel the need to attend college. Almost makes me want to go get that next degree while working the RSV system :D
