Did you see the survey results? I know that's another can of worms, but if you haven't seen the results - and only the MEC and a select few others have - then how can any of us say the survey was ignored??

I personally spoke to a few pilots that said they put 100% raise as their minimum. Should we count that as input, or should there be some statistical filter that allows for an averaging of our collective will?

The saying "can't please everybody all the time" comes to mind. This board seems to be more heavily tilted towards higher expectations than what I've seen to be the will of the "average" Delta pilot.

Not pointing any fingers, but several on here would certainly be statistical outliers. We all want more, but it's got to be tempered with reality sometimes too, however unpleasant that may be.

And if that makes me an ALPAoid then I'll take the rotten tomatoes coming my way :p

I heard that tomorrow Anderson is going to announce in SEA they're buying a salmon farm in conjunction with AS to cut down on first class meal costs.

That is true. They are also buying Starbucks to cut down on coffee costs but will code share the coffee and charge pilots for their second cup.

If we allow them to have 10 more CRJ-900s, we get that second cup for free.

Cost neutral blah blah blah.

So if we merge with Alaska, then I'm sure we have overlap right? So how much would we have to cut?
