I would not presume to know what's important to the majority of Delta pilots. As such, most of my suggestions revolved around the subject of management "intentions" and promises vs. reading the fine print... something I was very familiar with. I pointed out what I thought were loopholes in the TA.

I sure hope you don't suggest the CMR model...:rolleyes:
How would you define the CMR model, and would it work differently at the mainline level (i.e. in conjunction with strong Scope). BTW, Delta eliminating my airline does not render my observations invalid.

In my opinion, voting YES for the TA was accepting a reset. It wasn't jammed down your throat under 1113 or threat of liquidation. Unfortunately there is no option to vote "Yes, but under protest"

I'm not saying you have to like it, or that it's enough money. I am agreeing with Scambo that it is the new normal. You can't expect Anderson to "restore" y'all to pre-BK rates when you approved the rates that he offered you in June.

But we live in a tough neighborhood. The great SWAPA didn't get a pay raise this year. They're past their amendable date with no progress. A Delta A320 Captain makes $50/hr more than a UAL A320 Captain. APA was first to the concession stand and is now "fighting" for survival under a rejected agreement

It's no secret that Comair was the canary in the regional coal mine. Perhaps it's your turn to offer an alternative suggestion how Comair pilots could have saved the company despite Delta's decisions to the contrary?

Are you suggesting we should have beat our chests and demanded higher rates? All of us just walk off the job? That's certainly not the tone you suggested during DALPA's TA discussions. You seem more pragmatic and down-to-Earth than that.

Is this going to be like the JC letter? "You Comair guys"? Negotiations were not public. There was no vote. Whatever ALPA offered Delta, we weren't cheap enough to buy our survival.
