I have heard the exact opposite. There are plenty flying inaccuracies, but the main story is about a man battling substance abuse.

"Flight" is actually the sequel to "Trainspotting"

"Boats of Underboob" will be the third movie in the substance abuse trilogy.

I had a recent trip that really cracked me up. A recent new hire FO proceeded to lecture the other very senior FO on everything he and DALPA had done wrong. Then he jumped in on the terrible burden the pay cuts DALPA had just given away caused him. I was about to chime in on that when when the senior FO let loose. I think his statement was something like "Paycuts! What ****ing paycuts. All you have gotten is one raise after another plus a lump sum payment to front load your retirement! You have not taken a dime in paycuts. At that point I had to break things up because it was getting far to heated. I always find it amusing however when people who were not even there try and reinvent history and explain it to people who actually lived it. Reminds me of a quote a very funny NY Captain made in the lounge last year.
"I am not junior enough to know everything!"

I don't believe your story.

Love it when you call someone a "New Hire". We haven't hired since 2010. So junior people to you are "New Hires". Got it.

I'm betting you were the "fictitious FO" in this story.

I don't know you, but I really hope my dues are not paying you.

I think I may have found the end of the internet.

My wife watched a heinous Hallmark romantic comedy tonight.

I refrained from heckling, but oh man was it bad....

He has no constructive solutions.....full of popular bs rants and finger pointing. Not part of any well thought out resolution, just *****ing and wanting to bring everyone down to his level of misery. Would some of his desires be good? Yes but he comes on here like a child screaming "I want more candy"

There are a few moderators on this board that are like football refs coming in to take snaps half the time, (bickering and belittling people who don't share their opinion) that along with the 6 people left on here who bicker back and forth about the same damn stuff, has truly turned this once decent source for info/rumor into a typical internet web board wasteland.

Yep. Well, there is a reason for that.

Make sure to give a shout out to big brother when you remember why the rumor mill has dried up. Maybe they could take some snaps. Through our hive mind neural network we could make them bring 76 seat flying in house. You don't want 70 seat CRJ flying. The motors don't have the cool shark fin exhaust.

Why isn't the company touting the addition of lie flat BE seats on the JFK-LAX route next spring?
