If anything goes against the intent of USERRA, it is the companies that try to make it uncomfortable for guys to put in for MIL LV. Lets just hope DAL does not become one of them.

It depends on what the union and collecitve bargaining agreement allows allows the company to do. Everything must be negotiated.

JGBSM. Just trying to drive down a lane parallel to that of the regional guys on this thread. Your thread is ok, but ours isn't? Didn't hear any complaints when you guys were reminiscing about checklists on your former aircraft. In fact, if you go back a few pages, you'll see that you previous regional guys spawned this discussion.:p

Last used it in 1987

We had one at Moody, instructor and student...did the procedure, did it again and again...blew the canopy and it came out of the spin...went back to base!:D

Nobody complained about that thread drift.

Too funny. After 1165 pages on "the latest and greatest at Delta" I am surprised anyone would complain about thread drift. That is what makes this thread so great. We can BS when there is nothing else to talk about and get back to Delta when there is...If I have any say, this thread won't die. Keep up the drift, it's bringing two great airlines and their pilots together.

Now taking bets on what categories are gonna have displacements...

My guess:

ATL767
SLC767
ATL7ER
CVG7ER
possibly NYC7ER...

Vacancies in the 777, fluf, and mad doggy dog.

One more checklist and I'm going to post all the Pinnacle bold face checklists we had when I first got hired... 27!
