If the above is true, then it sure sounds to me like the Company has decided to end the era of "constructive engagement."

Why would that be?

It's a decent pay raise, and they feel like it will give them sufficient seniority; i.e. not give them the uncommuteable and most onerous trips. The hourly rate and college tuition are frequently mentioned in the same sentence.

I have seen some of the guys I fly with go to the 88-- in NYC. That works great if you're local, or commute from the Northeast. From Florida, not so much.

My crazy uncle from Alabama always used to tell me when I was a teenager, "You see a girl with those big hula-hoop earrings...she'll do it!" He never specified what "it" was, but I had a pretty good idea what he meant.

Believe that is the amount of time to have all new assignments converted. They only get one of these a year still I think.

Correct. 365 is the number of days they have to convert all of the awards, displacements, reinstatements, etc. Contractually they are allowed one 365 AE per year. All others must be 210 days.

I think the B717 is a much more friendly airplane to fly then the M88. All glass, much better overhead panel, better systems, etc. Plus ATL overall is an easier commute then NYC. JMO.

CA schedules are out, but you have to use the JAN link and then replace JAN with FEB in the address window.

Speaking of the 717s, is training for the first two years going to be in SEA?

I know we talked about this but I forgot the answer.

I believe Delta already purchased sim time in ATL from Alteon.
