Actually any laptop/ipad/tablet that has an SSD and no spinning HDD or CD/DVD doesn't need to come out. Of course it is always dependent on how well the TSA agent working the machine was trained how well they know their own regs and their mood that day.
If you go through LHR, you've still got to pull out the Ipad. Different rules. |
The T-rusted traveler program is slick as seal sweat...shoes,jackets on,bag thru the machine, no computer removal. Separate line away from the unwashed. Big time saver.

Anybody else noticing the steady stream of GS's going out on the ATLM88B? Yesterday had a quite a few and it wasn't even the weekend. This past weekend probably had over 20 (Fri-Sun). There is also quite a few days that are actually negative Reserve coverage in April.
Someone remind me again why they thought the 88 was overstaffed in ATL? I say you boys (and girls...) need to hire!!!! |

B10 easy attach to the roller bag. The zippers are my biggest problem with the bag since the company's warranty does not cover the wear and tear that these things are exposed to.
I understand this part of the warranty, but some of the zippers are on the outer edges of the bag and when dragged behind a roller bag it is the first part of the bag to come in contact with what ever it hits. A poor design for how the zippers are exposed and no coverage since this is your fault. |
Does anyone know if "guard dude" that started this thread 12797 pages ago ever found a job? A fun guy to fly and shoot with. Hopefully, he will come over to the AB, but I',m not holding my breath. Will probably have to go to him. Much better guy than ACL. :) |
