Everyone seems to agree a one year window allows for seasonal adjustments while being effective as a job protection device. However, I get what our MEC was thinking with the benefits of the Alitalia addition which would increase our flying.

It is frustrating that there seems to be no plan to restore our shortfall in the AF/KLM JV. However, our MEC is aware of the issue and not dodging the issue. They seem to be holding their fire waiting for the right targeting solution. There are a lot of theories on what that solution might be ... we're obviously going to have to figure out the Virgin Atlantic piece.
Thanks for your thoughts. I would love to sit down and have some beers with a group of wb guys. There is a great deal to learn and I learn better with a beer in my hand.

Were you around for the LM "line in the sand?"

I have done that with a chunk of music and about 250 movies. It is a start, but there's got to be a better way. Hopefully, someone has a final universal solution, because I don't want to be chained to apple for life.

On a side note, it is surprising how little space all those movies take up on an external terrabyte.

I'm personally a 2 banana monkey. Otherwise, you'll get that on the line.

Default Off Topic Question

Good discussions of earnings report, but I have an off topic question. ATL based going to initial qual in Sept. I checked the box that I want a hotel room for training in my AE bid. Do I still need to notify training planners for said hotel? Thanks,

I had CQ recently and the hotel name & number was placed on my monthly schedule. A month or so prior to training I got a pop-up message on ICrew regarding what two days I wanted for a hotel. So I believe your hotel booking should be automatic and posted on your schedule.

This is what I have done. I have all 300+ CDs in MP3 format along with numerous other music (14,xxx songs and counting) in Itunes on an external hard drive.
