What a dump. It's the type of place I stay at when I commute in and stay for $40. |
I can't figure out what city that hula hoop girl is looking over.
I think if I keep staring at it I'll recognize it. |

NO! WHAT THE HELL? I feel like yelling at banner ads today. Reminds me of Arnold Schwarzenegger Driving by Wil Sasso (Pt. 1 - 14) - YouTube |

Kind of a neat interview with a WWII US fighter pilot who flew unarmed Spitfires over Germany..... SPITFIRE 944 - YouTube Denny Alone, unarmed and unafraid! |

Btw, its not 1/2 right, its a 100% illegal... otherwise, why apologize? The account-based options are the same as those any other (non-unionized) employee group can get, and can be discontinued by the company on a whim. Is that correct? |

The IRS is going to audit you for complaining about that. :D
Of course the government going out of its way to help one airline over another reached its crescendo during the Slot Swap debacle with Ray LaHood. Of course I'll tell you a story. A Captain said they were in ATL taxing back from 10/28 and short of 27L. (give or take). An AirTran jet lands and was advised to expedite due to the spacing with the jet behind them... a SWA 737. If this is indicative of anything, the AirTran jet basically puts on the brakes and goes to min taxi speed to exit the runway. Tower told SWA, "go around, traffic on the runway." SWA says "no we got it" and lands with the AirTran jet either still somewhere around the exit point. Nothing was said until the SWA 737 exited the runway. Then as the Captain said, all hell broke loose on the radio from the tower. Including call this number and what have you. ATL I think has done a good job over the years of being fair to Delta, AirTran and everyone else who comes in. It's just there are some places like SAT or MCO that are blatant about favoritism while some heavy SWA locations are not like BWI - at least in my experience. |
What ever happened to the resolution to have the survey results from the last TA given to the pilots?

Also, you should also put it on the swapboard as a pickup and see if someone else will take it off your line. The restriction you may be thinking of is that any PCS transaction the last week of the month (or so, don't know the exact numbers off the top of my head) are inhibited during PBS bid processing, which could take 2-3 days between the 12-14th of every month. |
