Running bootcamp does have two shortfalls as I see it: Inconvenience - I often have to reboot from a MAC to a PC to run some MIL programs and this will often require me to not only reboot but also to log in again on a wireless network - all of which can turn a 30 second task into a 10 minute penalty. Cost - You have to have a copy of windows to install. Once running the systems will run windows as good if not better than most windows machines. Scoop |
It's going to take two years to get everyone one of these tablets.
How insanely obsolete will they be in two years?? Does anyone know if we'll get real-time satellite weather, lightning strikes, etc? Like the guy in 2C gets now? |

He's jealous about not being able to wiggle his finger in the safety videos like Delta-Lina. :) GJ |

True. Delta will trust, but also verify. I recall a new-hire in the late 2000 or 2001 timeframe who was hired, trained and flying the line as a 737B...until his background check was fully completed. As I recall, his college credentials were not what he claimed. Not surprisingly, he was terminated. They do take the time to verify, though it can take awhile... |
Some new changes to our retirement accounts are in the works. The DC plan is going away with all deposits going into DPSP. You will have full access to the money in your retirement accounts.
