New 900 secure procedures... if you turn off the CABIN UTIL sw, it turns off all cabin lighting leaving them deplaning in the dark. Cuz the 900 has those lights hooked up to that SW, unlike the 800 and 700, and they neglected to mention it to us heh.

Course I did it, but luckily the flt att was standing in the cockpit doorway at the time saying "Buh-Bye" and quickly told me "Hey!", so I was only lights out for 2 sec or so. I wasn't gonna post about that SW until I looked it up in the differences slides, but they just put out a bulletin for 900 mentioning they forgot to tell us, and they'll be changing the FOM on that.

So word to the 900 wise, don't flip that CABIN UTIL sw until all are deplaned. And here I thought it was part of the mood lighting.
