Wow. 19 trips in open time starting tomorrow on ATL88B. 0 Reserves. I really think there's a good chance flights are going to get cancelled due to no crews on the 88. They are splitting trips and doing everything in their power to try and get guys to bite over Christmas. I think not hiring earlier finally bit them. This is at 3 pm the day prior. I can't possibly see how everything gets covered.
Stand by for incoming ACARS msg. |

BA 744 into a building in JNB. This is what I always think is about to happen with that fence on the southeast ramp in DTW. |

Someone should write a book of all the things Marine Corps pilots have done to upset the Air Force. The stories just get funnier with time. |

Yup....and the only guy that doesn't in LA is a moron.
Both of them are, of course, LCA. There's no-one as non-standard and risk-accepting as an LCA, in my experience. |

More pics and the taxiway diagram...looks like they missed their turn. Damn near knocked the second story of the building off.
Accident: British Airways B744 at Johannesburg on Dec 22nd 2013, took wrong taxiway and buried wing in building |

There's a couple guys in SLC that taxi SE and shut the APU down as soon as you get #2 started, then ask you to do a cross-bleed start. Of course they are ALSO the ones that say, "No, let's wait until there are only 3 ahead of us to start... and wait until that 3rd one is actually rolling." Leaving you rushed and behind.

Just out of curiosity, did you, at any time, tell them "Hey I'm feeling rushed and behind, do you mind if we crank it up now?"
