Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

I can't believe no one brought this up today. I received a text message at 0842 CST saying the bids have been posted and then 5 hours later I get another text message saying "The preliminary awards for your category have been rescinded as of 1415E."

Was that for everyone or just the ER?

There are plenty of posters on here that talk about how f'ed up DAL is and the way we did/do things. Haven't you been paying attention? NWA did EVERYTHING better. My guess would be the overfly of NRT... (wow, surely couldn't see that coming.) Which leads to the thought about the 787. Just exactly what do you think that airplane will be doing if it ever comes here, and why are some so excited about it? It was made to kill NRT, or at least a big part of it. 767... longer legs.... hmmmmmmm
