If you think 117 reserve is a QOL hit for commuters, it becomes impossibly bad for ULH reserve commuters. The new rest requirement pre-short call for ULH means they cannot back to back short call. That's a sharp stick in the eye for commuting to reserve ULH. I predict 777 reserve to go either junior or to non commuters.
So, my previous question about rolling thunder became moot...there's no way I'd voluntarily commute to reserve again.
