Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Just had a rotation put on my line that exceeded the FDP limit on day 2 of a 2 day rotation.

They're fixing it now, and probably going to remove the last turn, but the point is the computer didn't flag it. Make sure you guys are doing the math manually and checking this stuff, leg-by-leg and FDP-by-FDP.

Looks like Delta forgot to program the 60 hours max on duty in a week. There is a note from the union to check your trips carefully.

If I have 10 hours of "reroute pay" on my time card, is that straight pay, or is it doubled?

It is in addition to your trip credit. Kinda like double for the part of the trip that was affected. Make sure it sticks though, nothing is guaranteed until it says closed on your time card.

Not 100%, but I think it is straight pay. It should still show your original pay/credit for the trip as well though, essentially making it double pay.

I had this a few months ago, and ended up getting the value of the trip plus the RR hours (if I'm remembering correctly.)

Don't know, but the old place was $50. I felt that it was about worth it - not a excellent deal but I thought reasonable.

Thanks, guys. Hopefully it sticks. I've got my eye on a new Rock River AR, and RR pay would certainly help my cause with CINC-Checkbook. :D
