Good time to ask a question I've always wondered:

What if you fly a trip later in the month that would carry you above the trigger? Do you get GS pay for the earlier GS trip?

Default Now for some good time laughter.

Ok all you hockey's fans. As a time honored tradition the Minnesota State HS boys Hockey tournament is just wrapping up. A annual tradition is the annual all hockey Hair Team. Watch this clip and tell me your favorite. I like the side pipes at the 4 minute mark.

NewK
My understanding of your question is that you got a GS early in the month, but were below the GS trigger. Later in the month you white slip a trip to get you above the trigger (not including the GS). Yes, the early GS is now a double pay trip rather than single pay.

See herkflyer's post above.

Tremendous...however, let us not forget that Minnesota HS hockey runs a close second to Massachusetts HS hockey where we (yes, I'm wicked old) endeavored to model our hair, and our games, after those of my avatar...(I concede that he is a Canadian by birth; but he is a Bostonian at heart)...

Thanks scambo. I missed Herks post. That answered it all.

Yes it does. Also any over block counts toward the trigger too. It runs realtime on your time card.

Nope... he retired of the MD-11 and never looked back. I did get him a few hours in a J-3 a few years ago and he got into Civil Air Patrol for a little while, but he never did the DGS thing.

It doesn't quite work that way. If you have enough PB days in the bank to cover the entire trip being dropped, then that many days will be used and you are paid for the entire trip. If you have fewer PB days than the length of the trip, then the PB days are applied to the first portion of the trip, and that is the portion for which you are paid.
