More to the point, "Avoid Pairings IF Duty Legs > 3" filters only trips in which at least one duty day has more than 3 legs. |

The union has made it clear to the company that any 117 agreement has to make any pilot given a PD whole. Absent a agreement by May a grievance will be filed for all involved pilots.

You cannot be awarded or assigned a rotation that would fly into your X-day, not even as a YS or GS. You can, however, be rerouted into a PD day. As this is a hard non-fly day, you would have the right to call Crew Scheduling to let them know of the conflict, and they would be required to make "every reasonable effort" to resolve the conflict.

i can understand why the company would do that, but i can't understand why dalpa is letting it go without a grievance.

I think what you meant to say was that you cannot be awarded or assigned a rotation that would violate a PD or APD day.

Funniest scene of this past month.... A senior FA in a red dress sporting the "tomato" look trying to get through the cheese grater with all her, uh stuff. The other 3 FA's in her crew pushing her through like it was a, ahem, "cheese" grater. It was everything I could do not to laugh my aff off.
