The JV only ensures a share of the flying, not what airplanes are used to do the flying. Also, smaller airplanes means more jobs. From a seat standpoint 1 A380 equals how many B767s?

Yeah, but but but.... pilots flying more productive airplanes should be paid more money. That's the way it's always been, and that's the way it should remain. Enjoy the paycuts gentlemen. MD88 needs to calculate how much cost of living these displacements will cost..... It's exactly the system you want, so you shouldn't be surprised at this turn of events.

The company held off hiring until it was too late. Now everyone on the list is feeling it.

If RA wants relief, he needs to compensate everyone. Not just 747 captains with a pension.

At least reserve is better than is used to be.
