I got a Windows 7 builders CD from Amazon for about $65 bucks last year. Not sure about Windows 8 cost. Installed on my iMac just fine...

I've never understood the "I paid 3x as much to get a computer that runs a version of Linux (which is free), now help me modify it to be Windows compatible." What kind of dopamine does Apple put in those things?

So, you go to your local Staples store, get this spring's version of a Surface Pro (2,3, whatever it will change in 6 months) on clearance for half price. In my case $900 down to $449. Then print out Staples $75 (sometimes $100) of a clearance computer (coupon always comes out after most stock is gone, but they have a 14 day price match policy). Wait 13 days. By this time Staples has whacked their clearance prices down another 10% to 25%. So it works out a new Microsoft Surface Pro 2 for less than $360 with keyboard cover ... it has current Macbook Pro specs (Haswell i5 full HD) ... and you have your Windows machine for the cost of a couple of Apple accessories. If you don't like it, buy a Display Port to HDMI cable and use it as a media center for your TV.

Frankly, the Surface Pro 2 is an amazing bit of kit. It was worth $1,000 and now that we've (the family) has experienced the way Microsoft builds and backs these things I will probably be a buyer at retail even without all the coupon gymnastics ... .

I'm out mountain biking and I come upon this cabin with this very girl out front getting water from a well, but there's this half-blind toothless guy on the porch with a banjo. That being the case, I certainly hope that you are working to remove your reps from office ASAP, or at least in the next election cycle, and replacing them with those of your fellow pilots (maybe you?) whom you do trust.
