My opinion on the hacking stuff: Both ALPA and the DPA are making themselves look awful. Freaking sick of it.

He likely didn't realize that you aren't a DL pilot. You know, it being a DL thread and all. It would have been appropriate to remind him of that fact on your part.

Next you'll tell us the C12 sales job was DALPA providing "objective facts from which we can draw our own conclusions."

A swing and a miss, Alan.

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember that I was responding to a post in which you said that you distrusted ALPA. My apologies if I misunderstood that you were actually referring to my reps and those of my fellow Delta pilots. You not being one of their constituents, and I say this with all due respect, have no right to expect their faithful representation.

My Sep schedule had a 4-day starting on the last shadow day. The trip has been removed from my schedule, and from what I can tell I'm only being credited on my Sep time card for the first day of that dropped rotation. What was showing on my line for the Sep Bid Award of an 80 hr line now shows as a 66 hr line on the iCrew time card. There aren't a lot of options for picking up a trip on the days that were removed from my original schedule either.

Calling ALPA tomorrow, but would appreciate an informed opinion in the meantime.

(I read the PWA and I didn't see this scenario covered. From what I read it would seem to me the entire dropped trip should be credited, but that could be interpreted differently IMO.)

I recently asked ALPA and they stated the whole trip would be dropped and credited for any part of it touching the shadow. Please let me know if you find out the same!

That is exactly how I saw the C2012 TA roadshows. I still have the printouts of their slides that they handed out. Meet me for a beer sometime and we can go over them together so that you can show me what you felt was misleading or not objective.

The fact that you choose to read boogeymen into each and every statement made by those with whom you disagree or in whom you are disappointed does not make it so.

Double bogey, PD.

Yes, and you see anyone who has signed a DPA card as seeking to harm ALPA and other ALPA members. You've said that to me numerous times.

Ah, the old "emotional" retort. Does ALPA demand you use it at least once per day?

Too funny. If you've signed a card, you're a malcontent.

You are clearly delusional. You really believe this crap?

ALPA is considered about two things. Dues money and being in bed with management.
