Why is that a problem?. If you owe someone $10/year for 4 years just because you give them $10 in year 4 does not mean all is well and good. Wasn't the company supposed to maintain a balance all along? A balance that they contractually agreed to maintain? Seems like an easy fix - if we averaged 3% behind for 3 years we should now average 3% above for 3 years - not just be "in compliance" going forward. Scoop |

I liked an idea that was in the DPA survey. Anytime the JV balance is out of compliance then everyone gets an immediate 10% raise which stays in effect until compliance is regained.
