Yep. Early '97 at NWA. Guy in front of me is a DAL mid '98 hiree. And there are some North guys, who are Capt's, that are surrounded by South guys 4 years (DOH) juinor.

The company had to wait to gain access until no later than Nov. as well to gain access to the new FDP tables in section 12. No AGD, no new FDP's.

Yes those North guys are known as the 3% cause that's how many there were. a lot more were like the long term 747 Capt's that got put in with the middle of the 757 or ER they call it. Amidst pilots hired 3 years or more after they were. Gold Standard Yeah.
